STP is designed to replicate the late 50's to early 60's vintage single coil pickups. It produces Strat's signature sound well. The winding spec was slightly adjusted to give a tad more accent to the tight bottom for smoother but growling drive tone. A set consists of a neck pickup, a middle pickup with RW/RP (reverse wound / revers polarity) and an over-wound bridge pickup.
