The S-1 is aimed to replicate the 60's vintage single coil pickups. The winding spec was slightly adjusted to give a tad accent to the low end for smoother but growling drive tone. An S-1 set consists of a neck pickup, a middle pickup with RW/RP (reverse wound/revers polarity) and an over-wound bridge pickup. If you want to build a vintage style set, pick out an N-R-N trio.

As with other pickups, the T-1, our first telecaster pickup set, was deliberately finalized through iterative winding and testing. In the course of development, the pickup spec started from a known 50's but ended up shifting towards 60's in not only the winding spec but also the magnet arrangement. The T-1N replicates vintage Telecaster's ringing sound. The T-1B produces twangy but not too harsh tone that serves for many different genres of music.
